    Overview

Embark on a career in tech with Ironhack’s beginner-friendly UX/UI Design Bootcamp. Sharpen your skills through a 9-week full-time or 24-week part-time program offered on campus or remote. Master industry tools, create a standout portfolio, and get personalized career support to land your dream job in design.

Ironhack’s UX/UI Design Bootcamp delivers an intensive, hands-on learning experience to launch your career in design. Whether you choose the 9-week full-time or 24-week part-time format, the program is structured to fit into diverse schedules, offering both on-campus and remote options. Designed for beginners, it prepares students to think critically like designers and build real-world product interfaces that stand out in job applications.

The comprehensive curriculum is modular and project-based, covering essential areas such as Visual Design, UI Design, Coding, UX Design, and Project Management. By employing proven teaching methodologies like Constructive Learning, Learning by Doing, and Cognitive Apprenticeship, students gain practical skills directly aligned with industry standards. You’ll work with tools like Figma, Sketch, and Flinto, diving straight into the core of design practices used by today’s professionals.

Throughout the course, you’ll build a portfolio of 3 to 6 projects, which serves as a cornerstone in showcasing your expertise to potential employers. Emphasizing real-world applications, the bootcamp ensures that graduates are job-ready as Junior UX/UI Designers upon completion.

The program accommodates different learning styles and commitments. Full-time students engage in immersive weekday sessions (9am–6pm), while part-time students attend weeknight and Saturday classes, allowing them to balance learning with other responsibilities. Both formats include a prework phase—roughly 50 hours of guided or self-paced exercises—to ensure all participants are well-prepared from day one.

Students only need to bring their own laptop, with a recommended minimum specification of 8GB RAM (laptops no older than five years). While no prior experience is required, key traits like motivation, commitment, and strong collaboration skills ensure a successful learning journey.

Ironhack’s Career Services support kicks off from day one, offering one-on-one guidance through a dedicated Career Coach. Resume feedback, LinkedIn optimization, portfolio reviews, mock interviews, and job search advice come together to help you transition successfully into the tech industry. With access to a global network of over 1,000 hiring companies, graduates benefit from a comprehensive career launchpad.
