Volunteers of America Massachusetts is a trusted community provider, a passionate advocate for individuals struggling to get back on their feet, and a partner helping other community based organizations. We provide vital social services to thousands of women, men, and young people each year.
We primarily work with individuals on a one-on-one setting with individual case management with professionals. Volunteer opportunities are largely long-term mentoring positions, senior assited living, mailing help and special events.
Volunteers must be 18 years and older and pass a background check. The granting of a volunteer position is subject to the discretion of the program director based on experience and need.
