The mission of the Saint Francis Living Room is to improve the quality of life for frail, low income, or homeless seniors in the Tenderloin on a daily basis by providing a safe space for social interaction, healthy breakfast, and connection to community services such as housing, health, & wellness.
St. Francis Living Room is looking for volunteers to assist the staff with task around the office. Volunteers will come to St. Francis Living Room and are given responsibilities such as typing, filing, scanning, responding to emails, and helping the staff. Excellent opportunity for volunteers to gain experience in learning about the many different areas of the nonprofit sector.
St. Francis Living Room serves as a safe place for low income and homeless seniors to relax, drink coffee and socialize with one another.Our faculity is open on Weekdays from 8:30am to 12pm. Hours are flexible.
