Mission Statement

Established in 1967, provides services to Boston's Asian and other immigrant communities.

Based in Boston's Chinatown, the Asian American Civic Association, Inc. (AACA) has been providing educational and social services to Boston's Asian and other immigrant communities since 1967. From humble beginnings, AACA has evolved into Boston's most comprehensive and innovative social service, English-as-a-second language instruction, job training and advocacy organization serving Asians, Asian-Americans and other local immigrant communities. Approximately, 250 people take advantage of AACA's varied programs every day. Last year, AACA handled 9,553 client cases. In addition, our bilingual Sampan Newspaper provides vital information to thousands of Chinese American residents throughout New England. AACA Youth Center strives to foster the growth of young people by providing an environment for youth empowerment and global citizenship in the scope of a "wall-less classroom"
