Overview

Located on a beautiful campus in the hills of Portland, Oregon College of Art and Craft is a place sought by students and artists alike. Undergraduate and graduate students master both materials and process at OCAC, studying a broad range of arts programs.

Students at OCAC receive rigorous studio training in two- and three- dimensional areas in a multi-disciplinary approach that allows students to combine concentrations in Book Arts, Ceramics, Fibers/Textiles, Drawing, Painting, Metals/Jewelry, Photography, and Wood/Sculpture. Instruction is mentor-based, meaning classes are small and faculty provides extensive individual attention and focused critiques.

The Oregon College of Art and Craft campus in the hills of Portland is a lush 10-acre retreat centered on art making. The College is only minutes from the bustle of downtown, easily accessible by public transportation. Portland is an eco-minded and community oriented city, with a thriving art scene, reasonable cost of living, and modern public transportation.
