Football Summer Programs

Participants in football summer programs can take their skills to the next level by receiving instruction from university staff and coaches. Teen athletes are trained in offensive and defensive positional drills, have one-on-one competitions with fellow participants and learn play analysis, route concepts, coverage reading, leadership and other classroom and non-classroom based skills. Participants in middle and high school can enroll individually or as a member of a school or club football team. Developing physical and mental abilities such as performing drills, footwork, drops, decision-making, quarterbacking, receiving, touch throws, deep throws, pump techniques and more are a key component of these summer football programs. Typically held for boys only, the clinics are offered as day or overnight options.
