One-on-One Virtual Coaching for High School and College Females (16-22+ years old), perfect before, during or even after college. It is a time in life for of going off, leaving family, the structured environment and suddenly faced with many new choices and lifestyle changes. It is hard as it is!! I am here to take the stress out of being healthy, so the focus can remain on academics, friends and having fun. As a Certified Personal Trainer for 12+ years, I am a trusted source to provide fitness & wellness guidance, education and motivation for the individual, even down to utilizing unique DNA. The first step is FREE, to complete an in depth online questionnaire in order to gather information regarding: health history, lifestyle habits, sleep tendencies, food choices, fitness preferences, social media following, likes/dislikes, current health/fitness knowledge and more.

Wellness + Health = Wellth.  It's a word mashup taking over in the media and everywhere.  Keeping Health is the new Wealth, and I teach that taking care of your body from teenage years is how you become rich and fulfilled.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1) Initial Phone Consult
2) Online Health & Wellness Survey: health history, workout preferences, favorite foods, sleep habits, schedule, etc.
3) DNA Testing (optional, but helps fine tune plan for unique genetics).
4) Create YOUR Plan of Action based on specific college offerings and location, schedule, and GOALS.
5) Phone Calls & Emails, communication as needed. The education, tools and motivation to make the right choices and stay on track.

 

Custom, Individualized Program

Most plans online don’t account for who YOU are. Don’t like certain workouts or foods, we can work around it! YOU are at the center, not the trends.

Education

LEARN how to avoid injury, techniques to maintain mobility, and the importance of sleep and recovery. LEARN to balance calories in vs calories out, understand fats, carbs and proteins. LEARN what you need to know for life vs. what is fun and FACTS vs MYTHS!

Support and Motivation

Miss a workout or eat/drink too much…don’t sweat it! Need to plan how to fit in workouts during finals or certain busy times, I will help you plan and encourage you to stay on track!! Feeling aches, sore or exhausted, I can suggest solutions to keep you going.
