June 5th: Horizons for Homeless Children is seeking volunteers to interact and play with over children living in over 50 family, teen parent, and domestic violence shelters in Greater Boston, and in 148 shelters statewide.
Summer (Greater Boston, North Shore): Serve as a Crew Worker in the Food Project’sSummer Youth Program and work to grow and distribute thousands of pounds of organic produce for people in need.
Summer (Boston):Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) seeks unpaid internships in various departments. Gain experience in a non-profit museum setting and learn about what goes on behind the scenes at a major art museum!
Summer (Boston): Want to learn more about exhibition and all the great creatures? You get to network with marine sciences professionals earn academic credit at the New England Aquarium.
Summer (Cambridge): Are you wrapping up middle school and getting ready for high school? Come help out at BB&N's Summer Day Camp!
Summer (Boston): Interested in business? Want to learn important skills in the business field? Dollars and Sense could use your help inputting and analyzing sales data; market research and promotions; solicit magazine advertising; assisting with fundraising; and helping with office tasks.
Year-Round (Boston): Dana Farber could use your help serving lunch to adult patients, locate information and resources for patients in resource rooms, volunteer in the Friends Corner Gift shop or Friends Place, deliver newspapers, provide support in administrative offices, assist researchers in the labs and more!
